Registration

Registration is possible only through the online form at:

http://www.nucleus.cz/chiren/registrace

    Confirmation of registration is send to your e-mail immediately after filling in the registration form. In case of any problems during registration process please do not heistate to contact an executive office at safrankova@nucleus.cz

Registration congress fee includes:

• addmission to scientific programme
• addmission to poster section
• conference proceedings (programme, book of abstracts, badge etc.)
• coffee breaks
• lunch 21.10.2011
• social evening 21.10.2011

Registration satellite course fee includes:

• addmission to course lectures 20.10.2011
• course proceedings (programme, book of abstracts, badge etc.)
• coffee breaks
• lunch 20.10.2011
• social evening for course participants 20.10.2011

Cancellation policy:

    Full conference fees are payable, no matter how many sessions are attended. Organizer must be notified in writing of any registration cancellation. For cancellations received up to August 31, 2011 registration fee minus 50% charge for administrative proceedings will be refunded. After August 31, 2011 no refunds will be made and participant must also meet the cost of any other services ordered.

Bank transfer

Registration fee and accommodation can be paid only by bank transfer. Payment details are given in Registration confirmation.

Notification: Participant is obliged to cover all bank tranfer fees.
