Cíle: Cílem prezentace je demanstrace metodiky ošetření raritních skalpací části distálních článků prstů ruky.

Metody: Na příkladech konkrétních kazuistik jsou představeny medody ošetření skalpačních poranění prstů se zaměřením na zásady replantace skalpu prstu a principy ošetřování při použití metody kompozitního graftu.

Výsledky: V daném malém souboru pacientů bylo dosaženo 100% úspěšnosti přihojení replantátu i chlazených kompozitních graftů skalpovaných prstů.
Závěry:I skalpace distálního článku prstu lze ošetřit replantací nebo metodou kompozitního graftu s vysokým procentem úspěšnosti léčby.

Summary:

Objectives: The aim of this presentation is to demonstrate a methodology of treatment of rare scalping of distal phalanges of the hand.

Methods: Using examples of specific case reports the treatment of scalping injuries of fingers is presented with a focus on the principles of scalping finger replantation and principles of composite grafts treatment.
Results: 100 % success of finger replantation and healing of chilled composite grafts of scalping fingers was achieved in this small group of patients.

Conclusion: Even scalping of distal phalanges can be treated by replantation or reattachments of composite graft with a high percentage of treatment success.
