Souhrn:

Cíle: Vytvoření a popis metody regionální anestezie horní končetiny se zachováním motoriky

Metody: Aplikace lokálního anestetika pod UZ kontrolou k jednotlivým nervům horní končetiny v místě po odstupu motorických větví, což umožní zachování motoriky. Metodu využíváme při náhradách šlach, revizích po poranění šlach apod. Hlavním důvodem zavedení této metody je zachovaní předpětí svalů a přesnější našití šlachových náhrad či ozřejmení srůstů pří revizích po poranění.

Výsledky: Zpracován protokol metody a provádíme pilotní studii.

Závěry: Naše zkušenosti s touto metodou potvrzují funkčnost této blokády a možnost jejího použití v indikovaných případech.

Summary:

Objectives: Describtion of the method of regional anesthesia with preservation of upper extremity motor activity.

Methods: Application of local anesthetic under ultrasound control to the individual nerves of the upper limb after leaving of motor branches which allows the maintenance of motor function. This method we use for reconstruction of tendons, revisions after tendon injury, etc. The main reason for the introduction of this method is maintaining muscle tension and precise sewing tendon substitutions or revisions of tendon adhesions after the injury.

Results: We have study protocol and conduct a pilot study.

Conclusions: Our experience with this method confirm the functionality of this blockade and the possibility of its use in indicated cases.
